Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Vinyl Charms order! Since most of our items are made just for you, here’s how returns work:
Custom Items
All of our custom and made-to-order vinyl charms are final sale. Because they’re created specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless something goes wrong on our end.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, no worries—we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Send us your order number and a couple clear photos

We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation
Non-Custom Items (If Available)
If you purchased a non-custom item, it can be returned if:

It’s unused and in original condition

You contact us within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
B grade charms
Since our B grade charms are slight mishaps to begin with, these are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is approved (and received, if applicable), refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when we mess up or your item arrives damaged.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. If a refund is requested, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
