Processing Times

We make all charms on demand after ordering.  Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.  *Large or custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity and current order volume.*

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Flat-rate shipping: $6.99

• Free domestic shipping on orders over $50

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout

Most domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Reduced flat-rate shipping may be available for select countries and qualifying orders.

Incorrect Addresses / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
