1. Send us a message with your idea FIRST,
2. inspiration photos, colors, wording, or theme
3. We’ll discuss the design and determine the custom level needed for your project
4. Once finalized, we’ll direct you to the correct pricing option to purchase
5. After payment, we begin creating your custom charm!

• modeling time
• size/details
• special requests

⏳ Turnaround Time:

Most custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks after payment, though larger or highly detailed projects may take longer during busy periods.

• We create a mockup before production begins
• Due to the custom nature of these items, custom orders are final sale
• We can bring most ideas to life, but some requests may be declined due to complexity/time constraints/etc.
